My name is Roxana but my friends call me Roxy. I attend Oklahoma City Community College. I am a sweet, friendly person, with a positive attitude. An act of kindness I have done in the past was, a week after we had class, all of our professors required that we have our textbooks. So Sunday night I text messaged one of my classmates (which I wish to keep the name anonymous) to see if he had all the textbooks required. My classmate’s response was the following, "I am going to buy them tomorrow but I only have $150." The books cost $200. So my classmate needed $50 more to buy all the textbooks.

At that moment I had $50 so I told my classmate to meet me at the bookstore and I would lend him the rest of the money he needed to buy the books. Finally my classmate had all the textbooks he needed.

Another act of kindness I have done is helping elderly people. I love helping those who need my help. I help elderly people at my job sometimes. (I am a physical therapy tech). I do it because it’s my job, but because I love to help and see people get better recuperation. That’s why I chose to become a physical therapy assistant, to help those who need my help and see them get in better health.
