One day about five years ago I was out running errands. I had just gotten paid so I had bought money orders for all my bills. I went to the store to buy some sodas. I sent my friend in and I waited in the car. There were a lot of people around so I figured that I was safe.
I was just sitting in the car listening to the radio when some guy jumped in the backseat and told me not to look back. He told me he had a gun and was taking my purse. He took my purse and ran off.
I didn’t call the police since I didn’t have a description of him and figured that they couldn’t do anything but write a report anyway.
I lost my purse, all my IDs, and all my money. I was sad.
The next day, a policeman came to my house and asked me if I had lost anything lately.
I told him about my purse. He pulled out a purse and asked me if it was the one.
I was so happy. It was it. He said that a preacher had found it outside his church.
And luckily my money orders for all my bills were still in it.
