When I went to renew my car tag, I was given a new license plate to install on my car. However, when I went to install the new one, I was not able to remove the old one as one screw had rusted so badly I was not able to get it out, and in my efforts, I stripped the screw. Now what? While driving down Hefner Road this morning, I saw a Jiffy Lube and decided to pull in to see if they could help me. A very nice young man had to work on it quite diligently and finally got his manager to come help him. They were able to remove the rusted screw with a pliers and install the new plate. When I asked how much I owed, I was told there was no charge. I did give the young man a tip which he gratefully accepted and told me to come back when I needed an oil change and he would give me a discount. It is service like this that will encourage me to recommend Jiffy Lube to others.
